They are two sisters who have married their Britishness with their love of Indian food and culinary skills.

When Nilam moved abroad she found it impossible to find a decent curry or the right spices to cook with.  It was a frustrating situation to be in.  She also met many British expats bemoaning the lack of a proper curry.  And that’s how the idea of Curry On Cooking was born!
