GRAPHIC DESIGNER

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Graphic Designer. This is a great opportunity for anyone who wants to practice and develop their skills and knowledge in a dynamic and creative organisation.

Hours: 20 Hours/week

Salary –  £20,000 per annum on pro-rata basis

 

Duties/ Responsibilities

  • Working with clients, briefing and advising them with regard to design style, format, print production and timescales
  • Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for various projects
  • Developing rough drafts of concepts and presenting these to clients
  • Select colours, images, typography and layout for communication materials, including logos, signs, banners, brochures, annual reports, advertisements, and social media posts
  • Design drafts for client review and make revisions based on feedback received
  • Ensuring that a design project remains within scope, time and budget
  • Collaborate with other team members throughout the various phases of a project
  • Proofread to produce accurate and high-quality work
  • Keeping a client up-to-date with regard to project progress and applying client recommendations
  • Presenting final design concepts, including specifications for fonts, images, colours, text and layout, to clients for their approval
  • Knowledge of Adobe Graphic Software
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
